This relieves muscular tension, increases circulation and balances the body by unblocking and dispersing energy.
Osteopathy
Osteopathy is a client-oriented discipline that relies on skilled manual therapeutic techniques to access and treat through the natural self-healing properties of the human body.
There are four guiding principles of Osteopathy:
Each structure in the body supports the body’s functions.
The natural flow of the body’s fluids – lymphatic, vascular and neurological – must be preserved and maintained.
The human body is the sum of its parts. Its physical, emotional, social, spiritual, and cognitive systems don’t work independently - they work in harmony.
When the body has no restrictions, it has the inherent ability to heal itself.

Yoga Therapy
"The yoga method is the basis of all conservative treatments - physiotherapy, kinesiology, fitness, etc.
And you should remember that any manual treatment can help you approximately 50%, and the remaining 50% is YOUR work aimed at your physical, mental, and spiritual growth. My task, as a Registered Yoga Teacher, is to select the most suitable yoga practice for you to quickly and effectively restore your health "- Ross Bilchenko.
In our Yoga Therapy, we focus on the traditional teachings of “Ancient Style of Hatha Yoga” - the original form of yoga from the source of Ancient Sage Patanjali.
Within our class, we practice all aspects of yoga:
⁃ Kriyas: mental and physical body cleansing methods
⁃ Pranayamas: types of breathing techniques to control the Vital Energy
⁃ Bandhas: energy locks in the body to not lose the energy
⁃ Surya Namaskar - Sun Salutation to produce the Solar energy
⁃ Asanas: Body Posture to strengthen mental and physical condition
⁃ Dhyana - Meditation for mind concentration
⁃ Mantra: Vedic chanting to transport the mind from a state of activity to one of stillness and silence
The practice allows yogis to find both mind and body balance. Some of the other benefits include:
⁃ the BODY becomes lean and free from disease
⁃ the FACE glows with delight
⁃ the VOICE is clear
⁃ the EYES are shining
⁃ all SENSES are under control
⁃ the DIGESTIVE FIRE is active

Barral Visceral Manipulation
Visceral Manipulation is a gentle manual therapy that aids your body's ability to release restrictions and unhealthy compensations that cause pain and dysfunction. Visceral Manipulation not focus solely on the site of pain or dysfunction, but evaluates the entire body to find the source of the problem.
Visceral Manipulation therapy re-establishes the body's ability to adapt and restore itself to health.
There are definite links between somatic structures, such as the muscles and joints, the sympathetic nervous system, the visceral organs, the spinal cord and the brain.
For example, the sinuvertebral nerves innervate the intervertebral disks and have direct connections with the sympathetic nervous system, which innervates the visceral organs. The sinuvertebral nerves and sympathetic nervous system are linked to the spinal cord, which has connections with the brain.
In this way someone with chronic pain can have irritations and facilitated areas not only in the musculoskeletal system (including joints, muscles, fascia, and disks) but also the visceral organs and their connective tissues (including the liver, stomach, gallbladder, intestines and adrenal glands), the peripheral nervous system, the sympathetic nervous system and even the spinal cord and brain.
